Connect my WhatsApp

Scan the QR with your business WhatsApp. Once linked, Sapa uses that number to reply to customers.

WhatsApp registration = QR scan (not account OTP). If you see “Can't link new devices”, use the phone-code fallback, remove old linked devices, or wait ~30 minutes.

1. WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device
2. Scan the QR on this page (not an OTP)
3. Send a test message from a customer number — Sapa replies
